Oasis Bethany Church of God has three Certified Christian Counselors to help you in your time of need

Dr. Randall Cowart, Ph.D – Randall directs the counseling ministry at Oasis Bethany as the Minister of Pastoral Counseling. He holds a Ph.D in Clinical Christian Counseling as well as a Master of Arts in International Business with a concentration in business psychology. Dr. Cowart’s life experiences from a childhood in a dysfunctional family, to a high school for troubled boys, to the battlefields of Vietnam, to a successful business career, allow him to connect with people from all walks of life. Since his re-dedication to God just over ten years ago, Randall acknowledges that he “hasn’t always been a preacher,” but plans to “spend the last third of his life working for God.” He is married to Judy.

Judy Cowart, M.A. – Judy holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling.

Dr. Jeff Burkhardt, Ph.D – Pastor Jeff, as he prefers to be called, holds a Ph.D and M.A. in Clinical Christian Counseling and serves as the Senior Pastor of Oasis Bethany Church of God.
